Just going to go ahead and copy this from the LoL guild forums just in case anyone missed it...
"To new applicants:
PLEASE submit your application to the actual mythic alliance forums, it's not that long, but your input and ability to follow the correct procedures shows that you are mature and capable individuals, which are the type of players we want in our guild.
ALSO. After you apply, click on your friend button in the bottom left of your LoL Client, and then request drysordan, thoragnor, and deaths defiance. IF YOU DO THIS, WE WILL SEE WHEN YOU ARE ON AND BE ABLE TO GET YOU INTO A TRIAL GAME.
If you do NOT do this, we have no idea when you are online, and a great number of capable players are unable to get their trial games in.
FINALLY, the guild has a new policy of having 2 ranks. Hardcore and Casual. I will describe them here for clarification.
Hardcore: You are an agressive player who I personally trust to not die when left to your own devices. Similarly, I feel that you are capable enough to make intelligent decisions and not have me constantly looking for you on the minimap. You are the player who pings 5 seconds before you panth ulti in. You are the player who jumps over walls, burns ghost and flash to get to that teamfight to save us without having to be asked. You are the person who sees a stalemate mid, and rushes to push top lane while everyone is preoccupied with the rest of our team. You also end your games with a minimum of 150 minion kills on support heros, and understand when to farm, and when to teamfight if you are a carry hero.
Casual: This rank is for anyone who either :
A) Isn't level 30.
B) Isn't active enough to be considered for an agressive 5's ranked team.
C) Wants to simply have fun and doesn't care too much about winning all their matches.(AKA you aren't a try-hard like I am lol... >< )
or
D) Is unable to completely fulfill the requirements to qualify as what I consider to be a hardcore player.
That being said, there is no descrimination between hardcore and casual in our guild, hardcores dont bash on casuals, casuals dont think hardcores are snobs, everyone plays together. Having the distinction simply allows us to better balance in-house matches, make good teamcompositions (2 hardcores for every 3 casuals for premade normals usually ensures a win.) , and just generally keep track of where everyone is as a player.
So thank you for taking the time to read this, follow procedures, and apping to our wonderful growing guild ."
